Select the ‘My Account’ menu option and follow the links to register which will take you through the steps of registering and account. Alternatively select the ‘Login’ menu option and select the ‘Register’ tab.

When you first create an account you need to verify yourself before logging in by clicking the link sent in a separate email. If you don’t see the email check your junk/spam folders in your email account.

Login in and click the ‘My Account’ menu link which will take you to your account dashboard. From there click the ‘Addresses’ tab where you can save your billing and delivery addresses if required. Use the postcode lookup facility to select your address.

Select the login menu option and then choose ‘Forgot password?’ link which will take you through the steps required to reset your password

The website only serves the UK.  However, feel free to contact us if you wish to make an order and you’re outside the UK. We will consider your request on a case by case basis.

Yes, we do up to 15kg in weight. (Highlands & Scottish Islands have a separate rate above 15kg).  Above this weight, please contact us for a quote customerservice@firesafewestmidlands.co.uk

Our standard economy delivery will take 2-5 days. Allow 7 days for Highlands & Islands.

Should you receive your item and wish to return it, you have 30 days to do so. Goods will only be accepted if they are returned in their original and appropriate packaging with all parts included (where applicable). It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods remain in satisfactory condition and to return them at your own expense. We will only be responsible for costs of returns if the product is faulty, damaged or if you received the incorrect product. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
