Dry powder is a multi-purpose fire extinguishing medium with excellent knock-down properties. A dry powder fire extinguisher is often called an ABC unit because it can tackle Class A, B and C fires.
The low minimum operating temperature of a powder fire extinguisher makes it suitable for all-year-round external situations.
The FireSafe 1kg ABC Dry Powder Fire Extinguisher comes supplied with a standard bracket, is CE marked and manufactured to BSEN3. You can also choose to upgrade your bracket to include a metal, quick release centre strap.
It has a fire rating of 5A 34B C.
